First visits are 75 minutes. Hygiene appointments are 45 minutes. We do not stack rooms. The time you book is the time you get.

Booking
Book online or call. We confirm your insurance, send a digital intake form, and reserve a first-visit window of 75 minutes.
- Step 02
Arrival
Quiet waiting area, no music designed to fill silence. Coffee, tea, water. Wi-Fi. Most patients are seen within five minutes of arrival.
- Step 03
Comprehensive exam
Digital intraoral scan, low-radiation X-rays, periodontal assessment. The clinical findings are walked through with you on the chair-side display, not summarised in a hallway after.
- Step 04
Treatment plan
If treatment is recommended, we present options with cost and insurance coverage estimated up front. Nothing is started without your explicit agreement.
- Step 05
Follow-up
Hygiene visits scheduled at the cadence your case requires: three, four, or six months. We do not auto-book six-month visits as a default for everyone.

Anxiety-aware appointments
Oral conscious sedation, nitrous oxide, and noise-cancelling headphones available for any appointment. No judgment, no pressure to transition off sedation faster than you're ready.

Treatment plans include cost estimates and insurance coverage projections in writing, before any work is started. No surprise invoices.
Recall on your schedule
Hygiene cadence is set by your case, not by a default 6-month auto-book. Some patients are 3-month, some are annual. We schedule what your case calls for.
