Modern dentistry stopped being about the tools and started being about the time the tools save. Every minute of mechanical efficiency is a minute we can spend with you on the chair-side display, walking through what we see and what it means.
Digital intraoral scanning
iTero scans replace impression trays for almost every case. Faster, cleaner, and the digital model is shared with you on the chair-side display.
CBCT 3D imaging
Cone-beam CT on-site for implants and orthodontics. We do not refer out for 3D imaging. The planning happens here, in one visit.
Guided implant surgery
Implant cases are planned digitally and placed with printed surgical guides. Smaller flaps, predictable outcomes, fewer revisions.
Digital smile design
Cosmetic cases preview the final smile before any prep work. You approve the shape, shade, and proportion in software first.

Quartz operates as a small team on purpose. The dentist who diagnoses your case is the dentist who treats it, and the hygienist who took your scan is the one tracking it visit to visit.

Twenty years of comprehensive practice with a focus on cosmetic and implant dentistry. Founded Quartz in 2019 to build the practice she had always wanted to refer her own family to. Mentors residents through the U of T continuing-education programme.
Dr. Marcus Chen
Orthodontist
DDS, MSc Ortho
Invisalign Diamond provider with eleven years of clear-aligner specialization. Treats adult cases and complex aligner-surgical combinations. Trained at Western and completed orthodontic residency at McGill.
Dr. Priya Singh
Family & Pediatric
DDS, MEd
Pediatric and family dentistry. Trained in behavioural guidance for anxious patients of every age, with a particular focus on first-visit experiences for children. Speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Sarah Okonkwo
Lead Hygienist
RDH, BSc
Eight years in periodontal hygiene with subspecialty interest in early-detection imaging. Runs the digital intraoral protocol and trains incoming hygienists on Quartz's continuity-of-care imaging standard.

Booking
Book online or call. We confirm your insurance, send a digital intake form, and reserve a first-visit window of 75 minutes.
- Step 02
Arrival
Quiet waiting area, no music designed to fill silence. Coffee, tea, water. Wi-Fi. Most patients are seen within five minutes of arrival.
- Step 03
Comprehensive exam
Digital intraoral scan, low-radiation X-rays, periodontal assessment. The clinical findings are walked through with you on the chair-side display, not summarised in a hallway after.
- Step 04
Treatment plan
If treatment is recommended, we present options with cost and insurance coverage estimated up front. Nothing is started without your explicit agreement.
- Step 05
Follow-up
Hygiene visits scheduled at the cadence your case requires: three, four, or six months. We do not auto-book six-month visits as a default for everyone.
